1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of trendwearconcepts.net and to services supplied by TrendWearConcepts, The Strand Arcade, 412-414 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("we", "us"). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

2. Services and quotes

Prices shown on our website are starting prices in Australian dollars and include GST. A written quote confirms the final scope and fee. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The balance is due on delivery. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 2% per month.

4. Revisions

Two revision rounds are included in concept and collection packages. Additional rounds are charged at A$150 each.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and methods, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel with written notice. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, and work completed beyond the deposit is charged pro rata.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
